ABOUT:
Authentic & Delicious Thai Curry simmer sauce
HOW TO ENJOY:
Sear 16oz of sliced chicken or tofu in 1 TBSP of coconut oil.
Add some Green Beans, Broccoli or your favorite vegetable and sauté some more.
Turn down the heat.
Open the can and add the sauce to the pan.
Simmer until everything is cooked through.
Serve with Thai Jasmine Rice and sprinkle with some chopped cilantro. Enjoy!

Michael grew up on a bio-dynamic farm in Switzerland. With this background he went to Swiss culinary school and eventually on to America. He ended up in Beverly Hills cooking for such luminaries as Sydney Poitier, Frank Sinatra, Kirk Douglas and many others. His passion for cooking took him to Thailand where he got hooked on Thai food. Mike’s Organic Curry Love was born out of a desire to raise the bar for prepared curries so busy people could enjoy a meal that is not just delicious and authentic, but also healthy.
